What do we do?

BrandHubTM works with property companies and retailers with vacant units to enable them to be hired to brands, businesses and organisations on a part or all-inclusive basis. Our standard booking is based around a monthly hire but we are happy to look at hiring out units for between 1 week and 12 months depending on the type of activity/promotion.

 

We bundle the costs traditionally associated with renting a retail premises into one monthly fee giving you cost certainty as well as the necessary facilities for creating your unique environment.

 

The costs include rent, business rates (depending on duration), service charges, phoneline & basic broadband. Additional services and utilities are charged at cost plus 10%.
